I'm sorry.

This is my baby. I love this camera like you wouldn't believe and I've been spending lots of time getting to know her this week (well except for yesterday when I couldn't see straight). Manual settings are the goal and I'm getting there. I even just bought her this lovely new outfit to ease the ache in my neck when I carry her around with me everywhere. But the reality is, that with all this blogging I'm doing, some days it just simply isn't practical to lug this beauty with me.



So I got my new little friend Sam. Isn't he cute and little and BLUE! Oh! I just can't get enough of how darn cute he is!




I love this little camera, Grandma and my parents all pitched in for my birthday this year and so he didn't cost me anything at all to pick up! (Thanks soooo much!) He takes great shots, takes video and fits in my pocket. He also didn't cost an arm, a leg and a holiday bonus check of which Shawn saw not one dime. (Thank you honey! Smooch!) This makes me less leery of sharing with the kids, which is good in some ways, but bad in others, one of which being that I will be in more photo's. I much prefer shooting the pretty people in front of the camera, not having them shoot me. I'm *SO* not photogenic.

But in any case. I am now the proud owner of TWO gorgeous cameras, a lovely tool called photoshop, and earlier this summer Shawn spoiled me with a brand spankin' new wireless printer.

I'm probably going to be robbed now huh? Great.
