So Shawn went downtown to a meet up to play board games and meet people. So the kids and I are at home without a vehicle.
Sibling rivalry has been abundant the past week or so and I cannot take another day of arguing so I made sure I had a plan for the day!
We started off making our first ever snowman! The snow was absolutely perfect for the task, and so we set to work.
Our snowman in progress:
And a group shot, sorry, it is difficult to focus, set a timer, put the camera on a snowball and run through 12" of snow to be in a picture. After 4 or 5 tries the kids were tired of me and my camera. So you get what you get. :)

Oh how fun! Wonderful snowman kids! I'm glad you have that fun memory. Did mom tell you about the snowmen she and her sisters would build? MY mom, your great grandma Betty still builds snowmen sometimes - and she's - ummmm - older than us! :) She builds them with boobs!
When I scrolled down to the pictures of pushing the big ball through the snow, I could just hear it. That creaky crunching sound.
I love your new friend!!! Tyce's preschool teacher has a saying that has become one of my very favorites...
"You get what you get...and you don't throw a fit"!
I promise to not throw a fit over your blury picture!! I probably wouldn't have even tried. I am a disapointment to my mom in that respect :)
Wonderful snowman, Heidi. One of the lady snowwomen that we built with Grandma Betty was particularly well endowed and some kids knocked her over during the night. So, she helped us make a huge shark out of the remains. It's mouth was big enough to crawl into and that made it look like the shark was eating Aunt Teresa. Snomen are great memories.
Wow, great job on the snowman!! I'm impressed!
Adorable snowman and photos of kids making the snowman :)
